How can I contact BleachAlbums™?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! BleachAlbums™ ships globally.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Once you receive your order, it can be returned for a full refund according to our return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-4 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends, and processing may take longer during holidays or sale seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 35 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are displayed tax-free in CAD or your local currency. Duties and taxes may be applied when your order reaches its destination. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. BleachAlbums™ is not responsible for customs delays or fees. How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or damaged, please contact us immediately. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any related references. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. For credit/debit cards, it may take 7-10 business days for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received your credit yet, contact your card-issuing bank for details.
